Suggested use:
For the best results, mix 2 - 3 drops of the biotin hair growth oil with shampoo massage into your scalp, working from root to tip of hair using your fingertips. Shampoo and massage scalp for at least 5 minutes. This will help increase blood circulation and allow the oils to penetrate into your hair follicles. Then rinse with warm water. Afterwards towel dry and apply conditioner. Let conditioner sit in hair for 10-15 minutes. Use 3-4 times per week. However it is safe to use everyday. If you use daily it's ok to leave in and not shampoo out.
Alternate use:
Apply a few drops to scalp on dry hair. Massage for 5 minutes then leave in overnight and shampoo the next day with warm water. Afterwards towel dry and apply conditioner. Let conditioner sit in hair for 10-15 minutes.
